Our chairman Charles David Roberts died on this day in 1943. No information exists on his burial that I can find.
Charles David Roberts was our chairman between 1898 and his death on this day in 1943. He oversaw the move to White Hart Lane, 2 FA Cups, relegation and promotions and 2 World Wars. I can find nothing about a burial online and the local councils confirmed no records.
Happy Heavenly 105th birthday to Barbara Wallace. Barbara joined the administrative side of the club in around 1959 and 2 years later provided the blue and white ribbons that were attached to the FA Cup lifted by Danny Blanchflower at Wembley. This continued a family…

Sergeant John Lightfoot of the Royal Garrison Artillery.
Edward John Lightfoot was born in Lancashire in 1889 and joined the club in 1911. He made 66 first team appearances. He was killed in action on this day in 1918. His body is buried at Esquelbecq Military Cemetery in France.

Our 1901 FA Cup winning goalkeeper George Clawley.
Remembering the man who kept goal for the club in every one of our matches during our victorious 1901 FA Cup campaign. George Clawley died on this day of 1920 and was buried in his late mothers grave in Kidsgrove Cemetery, Staffordshire.
Jimmy Seed who died on this day 59 years ago.
It was on this day in 1966 that the sad news of the death of James Marshall Seed was announced. Seed was 71. He'd joined the club in 1920 and this former miner was an FA Cup winner 12 months later. He made 255 apps scoring 77 goals. He was cremated at Beckenham Crematorium.
Happy 34th birthday to @andros_townsend Andros joined our academy in 2007 and scored on his debut in January 2011 against Charlton Athletic at White Hart Lane. In total he made 93 appearances scoring 11 goals. All the best Andros!

On this day 49 years ago Keith Burkinshaw was appointed the successor to Terry Neill at Tottenham Hotspur.
