Poor Herdy Bear found her today laying awkwardly on some uneven ground, stopping her from getting up. Luckily, she hadn't been there long. I helped her up. She had the usual stagger, but she soon came round. This evening happily munching away, she did give me an initial panic 馃

To clear the confusion. Droopsy is fine & I'm sorry if it caused distress to some. Here, he is waiting patiently for the shearer to arrive. He's such a character at shearing, not one for coming forward. He loiters at the back watching proceedings. Much happier now its cooler 馃挋馃┑

It was lovely to see clearly today that all 5 eggs hatched. All got their own little place within the nest. Their plumage is beginning to feather up nicely with some markings. I'm so glad by chance I managed to find this nest, protect it, and watch how the chick's thrive #nature
