This year I’ve been been crazy busy, but this summer has been off the hook. 🥵 Completely revamping a .NET webforms app UI with @tailwindcss and @Alpine_JS and built all new components with design pattern inspiration from @laravelphp and @LaravelLivewire. 🤙🏻

Recently listened to @calebporzio’s podcast on getting unstuck. It’s so relatable for me. In coding you can get stuck on issues and ideas amoung other things. Being stuck is frustrating in the moment. However, 9 times out of 10 just stepping away from it is the answer for me.

Recently I’ve been using @laravelphp blade & @tailwindcss component patterns and applying them on a legacy asp.net web forms app. Oh and did I mention I’m also using @Alpine_JS with #select2 on one of the components and everything is working in UpdatePanels 😏

Looking forward to adding this to our apps.

What was are all the cool kids using for mailbox hosting for all their custom domain names these days? I’m wanting to migrate some domains over to @Cloudflare and @laravelforge from an all-in-one hosting company. Any suggestions @MostlyTechPod? 🙏🏻

I forget that sometimes it’s better to just get something done enough to be used, which does not mean it will always be perfect. There is a fine line there.

Hardest part about installing #Laravel Herd was being brave enough to remove all the hacks I had done to get Valet to work on Windows. I’m officially up and running and it feels awesome!

Overriding #select2 css with @tailwindcss feels like a super power! This is coming from a novice #tailwindcss user at best. I am sure this could be better, but it works for me. 👌🏼
