This is it exactly. Crypto BD ≠ Web2 Sales in a lot of ways, the biggest diff. is that often we're not empowered by founders/devs to actually execute on much beyond "Logo x Logo". Good BDs understand the product enough to be dangerous, the best are part time Product Managers.
