So I can’t do the 2011 v 2021 thing due to lack of photos, but I can do this. My now 17yo son & me rocking the same pose from when he was 2 & I was slimmer with more & darker hair! Full disclosure: the now photo was taken in 2020 & the original in 2007.

Run 71 of 2025 done ✅5km as it’ll be my last run for a while. Nice temp for running with a bit of breeze. More packing, gathering, collecting & re-packing now. OG Team GB 2012 Olympics top today too🇬🇧🙌🏼 Hope you all have a smashing Saturday 🏃🏻‍♂️😊

Run 69 (yes really) of 2025 done ✅ I didn’t go yesterday because of phone battery-gate so have tried to make up for it by punishing my myself today with 7km. Legs felt good for most of it although tied up towards the end. Hope you all have a good day, especially you🏃🏻‍♂️😊
