Elijah Pierce with the 9th round stoppage. Takeaway: Pierce still needs to work on his defense. He gets caught way too much. Got dropped in the 1st round and later got caught again in the later rounds. It may be time for a trainer change to take it to the next level.

A slump is one thing, but I don’t understand how they can go from being 20 games over .500 to literally being awful at every aspect of baseball. Did something happen in the locker room? We get lazy fielding, 8 innings of inept batting, and pitchers are awful.
