ACC commissioner Jim Phillips announces player availability reports will be required in football, men's and women's basketball and baseball in conference games. In football, reports will be issued two days before games, with updates one day before and game day.

Jones went nuts over a five-minute stretch v. BYU at the Big 12 tourney in March: 22 points on 8-for-9 from the field (6-for-7 from the arc). Jones finished with 31 but BYU got the wild win (96-92) behind a tourney-record 18 3-pointers; 31 combined triples were also a record.
The Denver Nuggets are signing guard Curtis Jones to a two-way NBA contract, agent Austin Walton of NEXT Sports tells ESPN. After going undrafted out of Iowa State, Jones had a stellar summer league for the Nuggets, averaging 15 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists on 47% from 3.
