4 inches of rain at my house. 9 inches to the west and north of me.
Heavy rain fell across central portions of Kansas yesterday afternoon through the overnight hours with several of our stations picking up over an inch of rain. #kswx
Amazing what a new coat of paint will do for an old hopper trailer!

4 @united flights in a row we've had to sit in the airplane for an hour after boarding before we take off. Before that had 4 @SouthwestAir flights delayed in a row.
We are looking forward to trading our corn field view for a football field view in a couple of months! Make sure to wear the right color for your section as we "stripe out" the first home game on Aug 30! Order your tickets today and we'll see you there! #EMAW @kstatesports
Wheat harvest is finished! 2 weeks of starts and stops and rain delays. Yields above average! Now on to double crop.

Kansas wheat harvest 🌾 best time of year! #Kansas #wheat @KansasWheat

3 more inches rain puts us over 10 for the last month I think. Such a change of pace from the last 3 years of drought! Truly thankful.

Planting some #soybeans and watching earlier planted crops start to take off! #plant25 #farming #Kansas

Farming in Kansas is like farming in a desert with intermittent flooding.
Clear skies. Full ponds. Can’t lose. Thankful for a 2.6 inch rain! Over doubles our 2025 rainfall here in Lindsborg. Good moisture to plant into and now a reserve for irrigation later on as well 🙌

Hail damage, low price, cattle to the 🌕- might as well chop some wheat!

This is bonkers
Two. Two yearling steers are worth more than a semi load of wheat. 2 head > 1000bu Tell me again it’s too expensive to raise cattle.
Maybe we would pull a seed tender with it if it wasn't hauling water to pastures
