Navigating a divided govt isn’t easy, so our legislative panel helps shed some light on what it was like to share power in an equally divided House this last session. TY @davepinto, @jonkoznick, & @spencerigomn for addressing our members at #CGMCSummer25!

Following much deliberation & uncertainty, lawmakers delivered for cities statewide & passed a bonding bill after years of unmet infrastructure needs. Thank you again to all who fought tirelessly for our communities in Greater MN! #mnleg

No more waiting. #mnleg must pass a substantial bonding bill as soon as the special session convenes - w/o political conditions or further delays. Our workers, businesses, families, & communities at large have waited long enough!
Years of inconsistent investment by #mnleg leaves MN communities unable to plan for their future & puts our economic competitiveness at risk. Lawmakers need to deliver on their promise to support Minnesotans & pass a $700M bonding bill ASAP!
Over the 746 days since the last bonding bill, capital investment requests have grown to $7.6B statewide. It's imperative that lawmakers pass a $700M infrastructure bill so cities can at least begin to make a dent in addressing the most critical needs of their communities. #mnleg

Greater MN cities are drowning in unmet infrastructure needs. Further delay by lawmakers will endanger our residents’ health, make our roads less safe, & make these projects more expensive. #mnleg MUST pass a meaningful bonding bill IMMEDIATELY. greatermncities.org/blog/press-rel…
This Nat'l #EMSWeek2025, it's especially important to advocate for our EMS providers who save the lives of Minnesotans everyday. Now we need to save them. The MN House position on EMS for the HHS Omnibus truly moves the dial on supporting struggling Greater MN services. #mnleg
Lawmakers, city leaders, and EMS come together at the @mncapitol to call for emergency support for EMS and ambulance services. Rep. @JeffBacker, Rep. @natalieforhouse & Sen. @grant_hauschild joined @greatermncities & MN Ambulance Assoc. RELEASE: mailchi.mp/mcclungpr/maa2… #mnleg
We’ve said it before & we’ll say it again - a bonding bill is not “dessert,” it’s the table setting for clean drinking water, swimmable water, fishable water, & many other vital projects for communities statewide. #mnleg MUST pass a bonding bill this session!

The Yes to Homes press conference was light on details - the spirit of these proposals appears to retain the same one-size-fits-all ideas that put legislators & developers in charge instead of cities & their residents. #mnleg greatermncities.org/blog/press-rel…
