Fascism is an immune response to communism. That desire increases with the strength of communist movements. Ergo, there is no fascist reaction unless there is a preceding communist action. Remove communism and you remove fascist impulses. No one wants to fix what isn't broken.
But that reaction does not have to be to communism. If you waved a magic wand that wiped out every communist on earth, you would still have retards advocating for fascism as a reaction to whatever they don't like. At most, it might be harder for them to gain traction.

History is very clear on this. There are no fascists without communists, but there are communists without fascists. Which is to say, if you want to defeat fascism, defeat communism first.
