sober for 10 years and zero regrets! +1 all of linda's takeaways, i realized my freshman year of college that i was allergic / extremely intolerant to alcohol - not drinking in my 20s was sometimes hard socially and in dating, but in retrospect huge blessing in disguise
6 months sober 😏 what’s changed? - little to no anxiety - decision are more intentional - more time - quieter social life
