Best AI implementation strategy: Don't start with your most important work. Start with the work you DREAD. That boring, repetitive stuff you keep putting off? That's your AI goldmine. Less resistance + immediate relief = sustainable adoption.

You don't need any more ideas. You don't need any more tools. Crack open v0 + cursor, build it in a day. Then figure out how to market (this is where you should be spending your time).
Underrated approach to leveraging AI is to focus on quality of output vs quantity. Instead of building something in 1/10 of the time, build 10 iterations in the same time. Try 10 different design concepts. Try 10 different approaches to a feature. Increase the reps.
