🏈#Giants Day 1: Offensive star - Nabers caught two TD passes from Wilson in 11-on-11, one a high-pointed grab and one diving stab. Defensive star - Nic Jones INT for TD on a Dart throw. Play of the day - Dulich one-handed stab in heavy traffic of a Winston throw.

#Giants Wilson - says he has no choice but to be confident after what adversity he has experienced and also based on his success

#Giants Wilson - darts sits next to him in meeting room....so he sees how he works and prepares

#Giants Wilson - dart has a good head on his shoulders.....after today's pick, just told him "next play"

#Giants Wilson - says he is batttle-tested and has shown he can handle anything.....in the nfl, your urgency should always be high...winning is a group effort and trying to bring that mindset

#Giants Wilson - talks about how much he enjoys bonding with teammates...says leadership must be 100% of the time...and it applies to being a leader to all those in the building

#Giants Wilson on being the starter - just focused on being best he can be every day...says he feels things start with him as a leader so he must be focused

#Giants Wilson - team has a lot of young talent across the board....can tell from the offseason sessions the guys have a lot of good habits...mentions hyatt: about how he "will really shine" & they've had great communication..also bonding w/ nabers & loves his focused approach

#Giants Wilson - some guys made some nice plays today...the skill guys and the OL....the qbs executed well

#Giants Nabers - carter "very explosive and one of those dogs that needed to be added to the team"...speed and power - will give a lot of guys hell...got to see the moves he can put on people on the field

#Giants Nabers - daboll asked me about the offensive side of the ball...formed that relationship last year...coach showed his confidence in him

#Giants Nabers - daboll did a great job of reaching out to the players with questions about what was missing....and the team added a bunch of leaders

#Giants Nabers on 2nd year - knows he can play in the league and do great things...but wants to clean up little things and not miss two games...says he can be the best WR in the league but maybe not this year yet...must put in the work

#Giants Nabers - been watching wilson for a long time and glad to learn from his leadership....you see how he has a relationship with everybody in the building and it is important

#Giants Nabers - dart likes to hang with the WRs ..we go to dinner

#Giants Nabers - when dart's time comes, will be great to develop with him

#Giants Nabers - his own expectations are always high....offense can be very explosive..want to keep mental errors down

#Giants Nabers - first day was good... wilson a great leader and gets everybody going....toe is good, had a great rehab in the spring....will discuss if they need a plan for it....does not know if surgery will be needed - unsure right now...managing it well now
