How many times can the CIA get it wrong? They misidentified Lee Harvey Oswald in 1963 and James Earl Ray in 1967—sending the FBI surveillance photos of the wrong men at the Soviet and Cuban embassies in Mexico City. Same mistake, same city, 2 major assassinations. Same old CIA.
Well, @LarrySabato, at least the CIA fixed its Mexico City surveillance cameras during the 4 years between Oswald and Ray visiting the Cuban embassy.
It is astounding (at least to me) that James Earl Ray was (apparently) photographed at Cuban Embassy in Mexico City in Oct. 1967 by the same CIA set-up that allegedly took Oswald’s photo at the same embassy in Sept. 1963. Except the photo wasn’t of Oswald, and the Ray photos only…
