On this day in 1978, Genesis played their first headline set at the legendary Knebworth Festival. Over 80,000 people attended the event, billed as “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, with the likes of Jefferson Starship and @tompetty and the Heartbreakers also taking to the stage.
