SOO eligibility should have nothing to do with International footy It should be based on which state you were born in - and If you werent born in NSW or QLD, you dont play origin. Simple International footy should be which country you, your parents or grandparents were born

If Rugby Union want him to break his contract early the NRL & Roosters should put up a “transfer fee”. If they request a $200k transfer fee then the roosters & NRL could split it $100k each. Not for salary cap use but to re-invest it in junior pathway programs.
