3 Important Things I Wish I Knew 25 Years Ago: 1. Every effort outside God is an effort in futility. 2. As you think in your heart so are you. You are responsible for what you make out of life. 3. Your mistakes don't define you. They are undiluted feedback towards success.
Dear young Nigerian, This new week, choose to be a person of excellence. Work on yourself. Invest in your mind. Be intentional in every area of your life, starting with a decision to be a better version of your previous self daily. Excel and do greater exploits. Thrive!
“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.” — Sir Winston Churchill
Never buy into your own hype. To think you have arrived when you are yet to even start is the greatest form of self deceit.
Never run faster than your process. Your strength lies in your preparation.
Life is seasonal. Make sure to flourish where you are planted. You will surely make it. Not in your own strength. But with God by your side.
Defeat is a mindset. So is victory. You decide long before the battlelines are drawn.
Dear young Nigerian, Be reminded that: 1. To SHINE, you must first be SEPARATED. 2. To EMERGE, you must first be PROCESSED. 3. To LEAD, you must first be TRANSFORMED. Very often, your life is a product of your own REFINEMENT. Be INTENTIONAL about your personal development!
Dear young Nigerian, Grow in patience. Most times we appear to be in a hurry to attain certain heights without being adequately prepared for such roles. Be planted so that you can take root. Let patience do a good work in you and through you. Don't rush your process. Embrace it.

Until you demonstrate ability you can’t be entrusted with responsibility. No hard feelings. It is simply what it is.
Never force a relationship with ANYONE. Know your worth and place a premium on it.
Desist from anything that brings shame and dishonour to your name and your reputation. It is never worth it.
Dear young Nigerian, At times life comes hard at you. Be encouraged. Don't give up. It may be tough and frustrating but you must understand that every setback you encounter in life is a setup that positions you for a major come back!Greatness is in you. You will surely make it.

Dear young Nigerian, Stay humble. The world as it is today prioritises the need to show off. Don't be arrogant. You should never be too big to be corrected. It costs you nothing to be polite. How you treat others says a lot more about you. Life is a lesson. Embrace humility.
Don’t waste another minute of your life chasing shadows. Take bold steps. Be outstanding!
