Something I spent some time developing, I like to called it Adaptive Hardness! (I'm open to other name suggestions)

2mm nozzle using Multiplanar printing, starting at 0° reaching 30°
Weekend printing started! Special guest my wife for quality control!

Everyone enjoyed my last video, so here another section of the same part!
Producing some lovely parts today! Nozzle 4mm variable layer height material PP GF
Got my self 0.5kg of inserts from @CNC_Kitchen hopefully these will last me a while!

Weekend printing on the robot! Again a really technical polymer! Any guesses?

3D printing chocolate on the robot 😂! Nice way to finish the week!
Weekend robot printing! This time really technical material PA11 with 40% carbon fiber!
Another weekend of Robot printing! This time 45 degrees slicing!

I wanted to give a better look at what Adaptive Hardness actually means,so here’s a quick video to show it in action. The base material is a 40 Shore A polymer, but thanks to this technique, I can control the hardness dynamically within the same part.
Fresh out of the printer! Another Adaptive Hardness example!
