A cracking 30 mile spin on the mountain bike this morning. Bumped into 2 old colleagues & ended up having a brew with them. One was waking a lovey Flatcoat Retriever. Steven Gerrard the former Liverpool player said hello while out walking his dogs. A good day all round! 😎
