Our new incredibly short (5 page) paper on intuitions about consent Key finding: In some cases, people say that (a) there’s a sense in a which a person clearly consents but also that (b) in deeper sense, she does not consent at all
When someone says "yes", but aren't fully competent, do they consent? Our new study with @xphilosopher and @rosesomm shows: yes AND no! There's a sense in which they consent, and also a deeper sense in which they do not. Excited to discuss - paper here 👉osf.io/63d8s
