Look what came in the post today!! How is this even real!! #GeographyTeacher wow! Feeling pretty proud of myself. 16 year old me would never have predicted this moment!

And my summer holidays can finally begin! (Sorry team still at work tomorrow!!) now got a house to unpack, my own kids to entertain and loads of bits to get done over the next month and a bit, and then the countdown to maternity leave!

Understanding the prefix & suffix of words & their etymology helps students to unpick and decode new vocabulary. E.g. our students know that words with 'ation' on the end are actions/processes. #ClosingTheVocabularyGap #GeographyTeacher
