Oral arguments aren’t mandatory. So if the appellate court felt like there wasn’t some kind of good cause they could’ve decided solely on what was already written and presented. I told yall asses not to listen to Meghann Cunniff in the first place.
After the Prosecution spoke 2 the DEFENSE’s witness at trial- he suddenly remembered that Tory was waving his arms in the air shooting everywhere, but he didn’t see a 🔫 & admitted that he never told the detectives that & he’s NOW changing his story. Then he left the country.

Tory Lanez is officially heading back to court, with oral arguments set for August 18 as his team prepares to fight his 10-year sentence in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting case. Most appeals & petitions never make it this far. This means something wasn’t right in the trial.
