If you're an outlier, high in compassion, creativity, abstract thinking, courage, or standard of quality, you will feel rejected, unloved, and misunderstood. There is no significant history of people like this having easy lives. Keep going anyhow.
The Problem: People won’t listen to your warnings, suggestions, ideas, priorities, or team as much as you wish they would. The Solution: maven.com/evan-lapointe/… (And if you’re unsure it’s right for you, join the waitlist or ask me whatever questions you have to get more info)

A lot of people are told to “be more confident.” If you’ve ever gotten this advice or have watched other people react to this advice, you know how awkward and clumsy “being more confident” is. It’s terrible advice… In this course, we get to the roots of what to really do when…
This course is ideal for: - PMs of all levels who want to get a lot more yesses - Data professionals of all levels - Designers ...and anyone who would like to truly understand how to get through, communicate ideas more powerfully, and win more often. maven.com/evan-lapointe/…
