In solidarity with Texas and @GregAbbott_TX, I have ordered flags across Alabama to be flown at half-staff in honor of those who lost their lives — including Alabamians — in the floods in the Texas Hill Country. Flags should be lowered until sunrise Monday. #alpolitics
