The Canadian state has lost legal legitimacy pulling what they have done with @LichTamara. Meanwhile rapists get set free on no time served. Very few realize the extent that the state has lost credibility and the right to govern us.
This is probably where I get the closest to the right-wing base. Lich broke the law and deserves to be prosecuted. But there's a vigour to her prosecution that the Crown rarely has for violent criminals, and never has for people who committed similar crimes for favoured causes.
