If you dream it, you won't necessarily get it, but if you don't dream, you'll never have it. (Getting stuff dropped on your lap only happens in movies. It is so rare we all love to watch it)
I spent a good bit of time today on the Admin page of bingeworthyshows.tv to make it easy to add more channels and videos.. probably more time than I should have. Claude did a good job I think.. It didn’t one-shot everything, took a while to resolve some issues, but overall…

I need to vibe code a “compare looks” app.. For example, I think @justinvincent looks like Jean Reno
Great article! TL;DR your churn rate is what is putting a damper on your MRR growth. Gotta fix churn!
Just published a new article! 👇🏾 Your company will stop growing sooner than you think. The "Max MRR" metric predicts revenue plateaus based on churn and new revenue. Many thanks for pressing 🔁 and ❤️! longform.asmartbear.com/max-mrr/?utm_s…
Claude Code is impressive but it still needs to be micro-managed to get things implemented properly. It does not think through its actions deeply, so as the human, you still need to watch over what it does, keep track of edge cases, side-effects etc and tell it to fix/account for…
One of my hobbies is to stop movies when they have someone doing coding to see what nonsense they have on the screen.. I'm never disappointed
AI did NOT make the playing field even for everyone. Non-developers are now able to develop, they went from 0 to 1. The effect on developers, especially good ones, is even more dramatic though! It’s just that most are not as vocal about it as non-devs
30 channels, 487 videos and growing.. don't watch things you don't want to watch.. find something cool on bingeworthyshows.tv
Rob @robwalling says the same thing and I believe it.. better to borrow a relevant audience from an influencer (podcast, social media etc) than try to build one which takes forever, is a lot of work and may or may not be relevant.
My big announcement of launching WP Engine, to 18,000 subscribers, yielded… …2 signups. (I had 30 from cold-calling acquaintances and via LinkedIn.) So… “building and audience” is not how you should start your company. longform.asmartbear.com/reputation/?ut…
If you are depressed, but otherwise healthy, visit your nearest ER, you'll start feeling better in 15 mins I guarantee it
Search engines are dying for humans but AI needs it just as much as humans.. I'm guessing they will live on as an api for AI, for a price of course
You don't need to do anything different than what you're already doing to rank on Google. The biggest factor to be mentioned by these tools is to have a real brand people talk about online.
When will rust enthusiasts get that noone gives a flying rats spaghetti meat balls that an application or a library or anything else is written in rust? Except other rust enthusiasts.. Security, memory safety, speed etc.. yes we all care about those things.. written in rust?…
Whatever happened to Google being the honorable guardian of the internet? I used to think of them that way.. They could easily keep them working but they just don't care.. not making a profit or at least generating revenue, kill it.. What a soulless shell it now is, the…
Oh come on, how hard could it be to keep these links working forever? It could be like a 5-line Worker backed by KV and you'd never have to touch it once deployed. theverge.com/news/713125/go…
OK I think I can reveal my new project. It is a site for finding binge worthy shows, not the Netflix kind of shows, but edutainment videos; fun, entertaining stuff you can learn from or perhaps leave running in the background while you do work or chores: bingeworthyshows.tv…
