Apparently by default Blender will not render any bloom effect outside the objects boundary when background is alpha 0. Made a fix in compositor but it has to be saved in EXR format. So I had EXR import to the DemonStar GLB tool to get these sprites into game
The new DemonStar Energy Bonus ( Full shields ) Added bloom Turn on sound ( Song by Pfeffermouse )
Super shot power up ( powers any shot to full level ) Added Bloom which will show up in DemonStar now because I can have 32 bit sprites with alpha *turn on sound* #indiegamedev
