I spent some time with a Nothing Phone today and was surprised by how nice the software is. Key system areas like the Home Screen and control center were familiar, clean, but still had a unique touch. Maybe if I buy one, NothingOS could be my top 2 Android skin. 👀
Someone in my family came to me and said they're getting full-screen video ads on their phone every minute or so. I checked and found this. An app with no name or icon sending ads in the background. 💀 And it's not the first case like this. I've fixed dozens at this point.…
Update: Service center said they can’t replace the camera ring alone. He’d need to pay for the entire back panel — which is quite expensive. So now he’s using tape to cover the lens. 💀
My friend’s Fold5’s camera ring fell off. He said it loosened up on its own and dropped somewhere. He didn’t even notice when it fell off. 💀
