A3. Some Christian music makes me cry. That’s healing. I would also really recommend binaural beats. Certain frequencies help heal trauma.

A2. Music engages the spirit, thoughts, emotions, and body. I believe it’s not a coincidence that the greatest commandment is to love Lord with all your soul, mind, heart, and strength. It’s all in there.
