I hope you find someone who speaks your language so you don't have to spend a lifetime translating your spirit.
Welcome your grief in all the ways it comes - weeping, dancing, writing, praying, gathering, secluding, marching, hibernating, building, and breathing. Yes, breathing. You’re still here. Massive loss requires massive sacred breath.
Get up from the thing that tried to bury you. Believe for better.
Let your grief breathe. Embrace your tears. Hold compassion for your fatigue. Hold space for that which renders you speechless.
May every part of you be welcomed - not just your joy and strength. May there be room for your grief and fatigue. May you find safe spaces where the fullness of your human heart can show up.
Some will wonder why you’re dancing in times like these but you have the ancient knowing that a time to mourn IS a time to dance. They will wonder why you are smiling given what we see but you are smiling at the unseen. We are doulas of the shift.
A season of solitude is better than staying in a toxic, high drama relationship.
Solitude and stillness are gifts not punishment. Receive the healing they provide. You’re worthy of an unhurried life.
May the disappointments you have experienced not discourage you from staying on the dance floor of life.
Your secret superpower is the ability to create your own joy instead of waiting for someone else to create it for you.
Your secret superpower is the ability to create own joy instead of waiting for someone else to create it for you.
You’re not a mess. You’re glory in the making. You’re pulling wisdom from your wounds and magnificence out of the mud.
I’m so glad the breaks, fractures, and pain in your heart didn’t have the final say. It’s glorious to see you living and loving despite all of it.
May your enemies be blessed with purpose and plans that have nothing to do with you. May they learn that trying to stand on your wings blocks their own flight.
Psychologist @drthema collaborated with #HealThySelf podcast to not only discuss love languages and the impact of past experiences, but also the urgency to set personal boundaries in relationships. Tune in to uncover Dr. Thema’s answers to relationship obstacles.

Despite the madness, drama, and chaos, stay rooted and grounded in truth. Get free. Stay free. Free someone else.
As your heart heals you can communicate with more ease. Be patient with yourself. Moving from stressed to flow is a process.
Remain grounded in the truth of your dignity and worthiness. Don’t take the bait. Rest in your clarity without the need to prove, convince, or overextend.
