Message for anyone who has ever "stood up to cancer" by completing a Terry Fox Run, donating money, wearing a ribbon, etc.: there is something simple you can do —today— to reduce cancer deaths: wear an N95/FFP2+ mask indoors. Who knows, your kind act may even save your own life.
Take just one of those symptoms, sleep issues, and think of the knock-on effects. If your kid ain't sleeping, you ain't sleeping. If your kid's miserable, you're miserable. And if you haven't slept well, you're not going to do well in your school/job, relationships, health, etc.

is there a name for how it's hard for me to stop doing things once i start? it's hard to stop watching youtube, hard to stop reading, hard to get out of the car (stop sitting) after i get home from work. i'm sure this is an adhd thing, i'm just wondering if there's a name for it
