Had an amazing trip to Cooperstown with my son's local travel team at @dreamsparkbb. Proud how our coaching staff played all the kids at multiple positions and still competed against national & state teams. Youth baseball is not about keeping up w/ the Joneses. Do what's right!
It should alternate weeks of club team or town teams. No fun for a bunch of kids from one zipcode to get boatraced by a super team
Absolutely. It builds confidence and teaches all the aspects of the game. AAU had my son play everywhere,CF, short stop, pitcher, catcher. 3rd base.He loved the different positions. He was a ball hawk and loved the outfielder. He used to throw runners out going to 3rd from RF.
