Currently kicking around notes pulled from "The Anti Social Turn", "The Undying", various essays, and personal conversations in pursuit of a short piece in the vein of a "Disabled Nihilism". Hoping to have some readable draft out next week.
this year has seen such widespread, brutal & ongoing repression but has also seen release now of Leonard Peltier & Georges Ibrahim Abdallah. 2 struggles so long that entire generations grew up within the fight to free them. almost unbelievable. FREE THEM ALL. FIRE TO THE PRISONS.
Has anyone made a zine version of the recent Inéditas piece (from mid June). Really wanna table it but don't have mental fortitude for graphic design at the moment.
Probably asked this before, but are there any solid English translations of zines/report backs from the Nahel Merzouk uprisings? Trying to expand what I table on explicit instances of revolt.
Fuck anyone who suggests body cams are anything other than an extension of the spectacle of state violence. Real, existent violence will never be ended by the further consumption of images. The image will always be subsumed into the perpetuation of the violence.
ICE should be forced to wear Body Cameras. Give me one reason why this is a bad idea.
