I honestly wish academic excellence was paid more attention in this country, especially in terms of monetary reward. Had 15/15 As in JSS 3 WAEC (got nothing for it). Had 9/9 A1 in SSS 3 WAEC (got recognition & a used laptop). Consistent & meaningful incentives are sorely lacking!

The answer to this is “ADDUCTOR POLLICIS MUSCLE” (not abductor pollicis) The radial artery, as you can see in the picture, enters the hand by passing in between the 2 heads of this muscle. The muscle has no “longus” or “brevis”. It’s an intrinsic muscle of the hand 🤚
UL Q: The radial artery terminates by becoming the deep palmar arch. Just before it does this, this artery crosses the floor of the anatomical snuffbox & passes in between the two heads of what muscle?
