I dont wanna keep going on about it, but seriously what is the writing w this Callum/Johnny sl??? Callum still seemingly having no guilt & only stopping things bc 'Phil said he cant'. And why is Elaine encouraging Johnny so much?? It makes no sense given each character's history.

Vinny having something meaningful in who knows who long and issuing Suki with some home truths was a great scene. (Is this leading to an Ash and/or Kheerat return??? Or just content for Vinny? Or tying into Avani's sl?)

I'm trying to work out how far the Lexi living w Phil thing is gonna get next week & if it means she'll find out about Callum/Johnny. Bc surely if the conversations get far enough that Lexi's involved/aware, then she's gonna wanna know why = Callum/Johnny. Would Phil tell Lexi??

It's lines like 'This has got nothing to do w Ben' that make it feel off for me. I like that it's clear he's still in love w Ben so it's not about wanting to move on. But his actions dont reflect that love. It has everything to do w Ben!!!! Maybe he's compartmentalising, but...

Don't mind me, I'm just gonna ignore today's alleyway scene and instead focus on another sort of alleyway moment and watch /the/ cheek kiss on repeat.

I've just had a thought - do we think Ben knows about the Johnny-initiated kiss from last year?? My instinct is no - why would Callum worry him w something that was nothing. But if he finds out now, surely that's gonna hurt even more & he's gonna think it was a longer affair...

Oscar made a good first impression on me - infused some much needed humour into the show. Obviously very early days but I'm looking forward to more. Still trying to get my head around that he's supposed to be a teen and not in his 20s though...

I appreciated living in a well insulated flat in the height of winter but now it is a ridiculous temperature. Lived here for ~1yr and not turned the heating on at all, but electricity needed now to power fans as the thermostat is currently reading 34.7 degrees...🥵

Random ee thoughts from this week - Harry & Kojo's friendship is lovely - Still totally here for Ravi/Priya - Drunk Kathy was again a highlight - Elaine (& Linda) made no sense to me re encouraging Johnny given everything George - Louie & Jimmy are sweet - Peter/Lauren are meh

Saw SIX this evening and can confirm it's well worth the watch! I was already a big fan of the soundtrack but seeing it performed live really just takes it to another level. Great mix of bops (Don't Lose Ur Head - always fun) and heartfelt moments (Heart of Stone - goosebumps).
