I forgot to share this reel of my work I had to make for the Young Guns ceremony earlier this month—it was really fun to see some of my work in motion for the first time! (By "had to make" I obviously mean "had to hire someone to make"—huge ty to motion designer Devon Burgoyne!)
I have been talking about this for YEARS and the day has finally come!! New Type Foundry Directory is live ✨

One of my favourite little details is that “Star Trek” includes that distinctively lighting in part because NBC was owned by RCA, a company that made colour television sets, and so was encouraged to add colour where it could on otherwise grey sets.
Something i will forever love about Star Trek is the use of color within the set and shots.. its honestly one of the many reasons i even watch the series as a whole 🥹

Any recommendations for LA? I'm going this fall for a week and it's my first time visiting in 10 years! Suggestions for used bookstores, art museums, flea markets, vintage oddities, special food, etc. are all appreciated.
