Doing a lot of "#unpromotablework" (@AV_ETH,...) I see the trend of #women #volunteering more often than male. In contrary to this article I belive this contributes to our #career by developing #softskills & #networking Yes, it deserves more #recognition asbmb.org/asbmb-today/ca…
The Royal Academy of Engineering and the London Transport Museum have collaborated to create a reimagined version of London’s iconic Tube map. Proud to see a station named after our former rector @springman_sarah there. 😊 brnw.ch/21wE5Jz @RAEngNews

As part of #PostdocAppreciationWeek We would like to highlight, appreciate and thank - Peter and Pichler Lab postdocs for their commitment, dedication and hard work. They are doing great science, mentoring students and building supportive work environment. @ETH_DBIOL @ETH_en
It was amazing experience participating in @FEBSnews #FEBSAdvancedcource and presenting my PhD project and recent findings of @PeterLab8 @dmpfizenmaier in the field of #functionalamyloids. I hope our study broad new avenues in understanding the mechanisms of reversible amyloids
Thank you to all the participants, organizers and supporters who contributed to make the #CELLULAR_MATTERS_Conference on #biocondensates (📍Monte Verità 🗓️ June4-7, 2023) a great success! Great science, fresh ideas & new collaborations: Stay tuned for future developments!
So sorry I missed it! I've heard the #ETH #scientificstaff Hönggergames were epic! Hope to join next year. Well done everyone organising & congratulations to the participants! @HDhest @AV_ETH @VMB_ETH @VMUSYS_ETH @SAM_at_ETH
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day for the return of the ETH Hönggergames! May the odds be ever in your favor, scientific staff and students 🤩 @ETH_en @AV_ETH
It was a great experience and fun being part of such a motivated organising committee! Thank you all for these 3 days with excellent science and lively discussions. I am already looking forward to the next retreat in 2 years! #IBCRetreat2023

Big thank you to the organisers for this awesome #BML conference! I'm very happy and grateful for being awarded a #posterprize It's great to see that our collaborative work (with other members of the lab & @DaveyLab & @federico_uliana) on #pH #reversibleamyloids gets appreciated!
Happy reunion with former lab members @GeaCereghetti and @Vera_Kissling at the CELLULAR MATTERS Conference on #Monteverita These were nourishing 4 days filled with great talks and exciting discussions on #condensates, #phaseseparation, #aging & more #bringingmaterialstolive
25th of May the departmental associations and #AVETH had a meeting with the rector of #ETHZ #güntherdissertori. We have discussed the challenges faced by the #scientificstaff of ETH, including teaching load and uncertainties about the new doctoral ordinance.
#AVETH Diversity Team and other organizations have published an open letter regarding the leaky pipeline in science. Read the full statement here. aveth.ethz.ch/wp-content/upl…
@ETH_WPF sent an #open #letter to the editors-in-chief @NZZ, @SRF & @Sonntagszeitung who abused an unpublished study from @UZH_ch to claim that equality measures are useless as women don’t want a career - and rather look for a successful husband: eth-wpf.ch/open-letter-on…👇🧵(1/14)
Excited to present a poster and experience great science condensated in beautiful Ascona this summer! 76 days left. #condensates #aggregates #functionalamyloids #phaseseparation and more!
