Qatar's gift to Donald Trump of a luxury jet for his post-presidential use will cost taxpayers almost $1 billion in carefully concealed Pentagon funds. That's money straight from your taxes to Trump's personal benefit. nytimes.com/2025/07/27/us/…
There are so many people that I enjoy following on this silly platform that I just can’t follow anymore because they can’t moderate their volume of posts. Have some discipline, man! (Going forward, I intend to make this point several times per hour to my small audience.)
“He preached to them all the way to (the detention center)." x.com/StevenTDennis/…
ICE detained a pastor in Easton, Md., who has been in the U.S. for 24 years and has no criminal record, the Star Democrat reports. stardem.com/news/local_new…
Don't get numb. ICE secretly deported a Pennsylvania grandfather, 82, after he lost his green card. Then, his family says they were told he had died. But they found him alive in a hospital in Guatemala, a country to which he has no connection. theguardian.com/us-news/2025/j…
Players to win at least two majors in a year and finish top seven in the others (Masters era). Palmer -- 1960 Nicklaus -- 1975 Watson -- 1977 Tiger -- 2000 Tiger -- 2005 Spieth -- 2015 Scottie -- 2025
Spieth talking about Scottie is really good. “I don’t think anybody is like him.”
Scottie Scheffler’s son has gotten more Sunday TV time than Spieth and Koepka this year.
If Scottie gets arrested in the next couple hours, this tournament is wiiiiide open. Could be an amazing finish.
This is one of 3,168 outfield assists across the last 5 seasons (including playoffs). It is the only one to exceed 300 feet in the air (301, to be exact). He’s a cyborg.
There’s so much here. Watch the entire thing. You don’t need to be a world-class talent to relate.
The episode on the 2025 national championship game should be must-see. x.com/JoePompliano/s…
The trailer for Netflix's new series "SEC Football: Any Given Saturday" has officially dropped. Produced by the same people behind F1's Drive to Survive, the series follows 10 SEC teams throughout the 2024 season. Looks incredible.
This obviously false allegation demonstrates exactly why the Epstein files must be released. For the sake of the county, we need to show that our president is a good man.
🤔
Guys, it's really hard to fathom 16-31. The man who preceded Frost, who was FAR more of a laughingstock upon his exit, who Frost frequently cited as a weak leader, went 19-19 at NU. If Mike Riley had returned in 2018 & gone 0-12, he STILL would've had a better record than Frost
Let's be clear: The state of Nebraska (fan base, university, local media, etc.) has been veeeeery forgiving of Scott Frost's failures. 90% of Power Five programs would've mocked him. Nebraska basically just tried to forget and move on. And yet he acts like HE is the victim? Damn.
You go 16-31 at your alma mater, walk away with $35 million and, when given the opportunity after 3 years away to publicly express a teeny bit of humility and accountability, you’re like… “Nahhhhh, I’m good.”

Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey led Rutgers to an 8-12 Big Ten record because the conference IS THAT DARN GOOD.
This story is appalling. She was 5 months pregnant, yet doctors at the ICE detention center didn't give her any prenatal care, or an ultrasound, even as she got sicker and sicker. When they finally took her to the hospital, she was shackled the entire time of her miscarriage.
“After she was arrested by ICE in Lenoir City, Iris Dayana Monterroso-Lemus ended up at the Richwood Correctional Center in Louisiana, where she experienced the unimaginable. After pleading for medical help for days, she lost her mid-term pregnancy.”
20 years ago, when it improbably landed an NBA franchise, OKC ranked roughly 45th in America is population. At the time, Omaha was 58th. I will always wonder if it could’ve happened here.
Reminds me of Klay’s torn ACL in 2019 Game 6….after the Warriors miraculously fought off elimination in Game 5. Same tonight. For Halliburton’s sake, I wish the Pacers would’ve lost Game 6.
