just tried to purge soup and threw up something that was definitely not orange soup and looked brownish red ish so im going to a&e

i just had to google what your mum is meant to do when you’re sick because i don’t remember my mum stopped caring about me ages ago

i waited for so long and it never came ans im still in pain but i cant justifymaking my friend wait with me for longer so im going home

i called 111 ans theyre sednifn an ambulance idk whats weong bur i cant breathe

i also can’t breathe whwn i lay on my back

how do i know if ive fucked up something internally from purging everytime i purge now (hands free) it causes me awful pain , not just like acid reflux pain its like im tearing something or trying to purge a knife in my entire upper area (stomach , oesophagus and throat)

i think i need to be. put in hospital again but i dont know how to say that because it makes it sound like im an attention seeker or i actually want to be there
