Most advertising recruiting ads: People who don't know what they're doing asking people who do know what they're doing to do more than any one person should reasonably be asked to do.
Advertising should have people all up in their feelings. And dear lord, there are more feelings/emotions than just happy or sad. Look up how many there are. There's a gamut that advertising can be built upon. Yet most advertising uses the same 3 or 4.
Louder for the founders in the back 🗣️
Technical founders have an obsession with automating things but they don’t realize that when it comes to marketing the more something can be automated the less effective it will be.

I have the most brilliant friends! 29 years ago, Darion McCloud had an idea to bring University of South Carolina football players together with children to celebrate reading, and called it Pigskins Poets. This year over 400 were in attendance. 29 Years!
