For the design community to truly flourish here, we must move beyond chasing speed, validation, or earnings. Design is a practice, an intentional pursuit. Instead of infatuating over something new, fast, or viral, ask if it’s thoughtful, inevitable, and true.
Do I know anyone at Intercom or a CRM tool developer who would talk to me about how customers manage call-lists of customers? Am working on this in the context of primary care patient management and could use advice.

Just pushed an update to Healthicons.org with great new icons for CPAP, IV, FHIR2, autoimmune disease, tumor, tissue, and much more!

I'm loving using "DO-ITS" notes by @cameronmoll. They're simple, Post-It notes that you fill out each morning to focus on your key daily tasks. Very effective.

Who should receive "Lifetime Achievement Awards" in the web design world? Who do you respect that's put in the effort for decades?
One of our engineers wrote a thoughtful article about how public health challenges can be framed using "Systems Thinking" @AtharvaRaykar simple.org/blog/a-systems…
Good advice to start the year. Obviously it's easy to say "don't care what others think" but it's worth pushing through to get your early and imperfect work into the wild.
in 2025 i’d encourage young designers to - share more unfiltered work, publicly, consistently - don’t care what others think - build that idea of yours that you’ve already designed. it’s easier than you think
We just published a whole bunch of new icons to healthicons.org! New icons that were added to the collection include Skin Cancer, Malnutrition, Dry Eye, and Stitches. Amazing work from our volunteers. 👏
