A Federal appeals court allows a lawsuit against the cop who killed Amir Locke in 2022 to move forward. He was "quietly promoted" 2 years after his use of force to lead MPD's use of force training. Since '22, i've seen these stickers around Minneapolis: startribune.com/federal-appeal…

The money spent on those signs could have been used to buy food for the children. They're literally taking food out of children's moths to give it to the billionaire-owned posterboard companies. Disgusting.
