The creator attention economy is a massive problem and it’s compounding to a very bad place. It incentivizes conspiracy theories, hate, divisive content, and platforming lunatics. The more outlandish your content is, the more money you make.

Strongly agree with this. The new standard will be regular labs, imaging, and genetics all crunched by AI to detect and optimize everything at a personal level. No human doctor does that today.
