Constantly teaching this in my approach with my hitters. If you can’t stay short and keep it vanilla, it’s going to be a very short baseball career. From A to B can’t be complicated… because when you face 75 in HS ball then low to mid 9s during the summer there’s a lot of 0-4.
The key to hitting velocity! Being efficient with our movements helps us stay direct to the ball—going from point A to point B. The more we complicate things and have too much going on, the more likely velocity will beat us every time. #baseball #hittingvelocity…

The best!! Had my son do this even in college. Never had arm issues ever. No arm -no line up. Just saying. Arm care is the most important thing to care for in baseball. Doesn’t matter if you’re a PO or a CF. Arm care matters!!
