Anyone have opinions on the new exchange ElectronX? Had some old work buddies tell me about it, my initial impression is it’s just like Nodal Exchange.

What are the chances Iran oil sites get leveled? I’m thinking Trump might have said those are off limits, but with Iran going for population centers instead of military assets, that might not be off the table. West load could heat up quite a bit this summer.
CoreWeave might be my favorite IPO in years. The guys running it are all former energy traders and happened to be similarly positioned as Nvidia was for ai boom thanks to crypto. Haven’t bought into an IPO for a long time but had to support my industry colleagues!

Trump's coal EO (among other things) has the curve fucked up. New gas CC plants ($1K-$2K/kW) are so much cheaper than new coal plants ($3K-$6K/kW). Delayed retirements will have such a marginal effect, nobody in their right mind is building a coal plant in this day and age.
