Want to stand out? Make recruits laugh. Funny, human content = emotional connection. A light-hearted post can separate you from 10 other “all business” coaches. Loosen up. Humor wins.
Every recruiting pitch should answer 2 unspoken questions: Will this help me succeed after college? Will this help me become the best version of myself? If your message doesn’t address these, you’re leaving gaps they’ll fill with another school.
Don’t sell your program too early. Sell the conversation. Your first goal isn’t commitment—it’s connection. Keep it short. Spark a response. Then build.
📌 Don’t assume recruits are seeing every graphic or video you post. Most of it gets missed. 👉 Repeat your best content. Reuse graphics, reshare videos, and space them out to increase visibility. Visibility = engagement.
