Is there any well modelled data on logged in user behaviour on Shopify? I have heard everything from 10% to 60% of visitors are logged in at any given time.

Shopify Analytics discount reporting has got a real solid upgrade. I need to do more poking around but you can see some interesting things there.

I feel bad for comp sci students that were rugged being told “just learn to code”. We need to get better at teaching folks to build context and be decisive. Personally - I find that challenge a lot more interesting and exciting. Some pain but a more interesting future.

I really wish Shopify would delist all the garbage cart apps that don't use the Cart API properly. They really ruin the ecosystem for everyone else working on the storefront.
