To get refunded for being downgraded on a @British_Airways flight you must produce a paper copy of 6 month old boarding pass (after they nudge you to download your ticket). Real window into the quality of their service design & IT systems! Avoid @British_Airways everyone!

Just in case anyone is wondering, it's now been 8 months since I flew @British_Airways and they messed up my flight, promised to refund me and... have done absolutely nothing. Their "customer service" people are still processing it. Beware of flying British airways!

Really a highlight reel week. Couldnt imagine anything better. Being in a room of senior finance ministers and have someone from one of your courses lay out how they implemented their work based on you class. Mind is truly blown.
For the third time this week I'm sitting in an audience as a government official presents, *using my own slides,* to talk about how they are implementing at country scale, concepts learnt in a class I taught. It's mind blowing.
