Cover to my first art book collection Carbon Based. Hoping people will dig it & hoping it’ll allow me to catch up on some things & hopefully seek relief for my back problems I’m always whining about. Thanks guys! kickstarter.com/projects/onipr…
Louse fly, Ornithomya cf. avicularia. Here you can see a greatly enlarged view of the claw of a louse fly. It’s no wonder, since once it lands on the skin, it can only be removed with great effort and precision; simply brushing it off doesn’t work so well.
Had a bit of space in the flask to cast some grasshopper parts, so here is the first bronze test assembly! 🔬🛠️ All the bits: labium, labrum, clypeus, maxillae, labial and maxillary palps, mandibles…it’s all there 🔬🤓
