Exactly why I am no fan of agencies anymore. Even if there are “good agencies” yeah, no. You’re not getting any support from me. No hate to talents.
There was a time years ago I thought joining VTuber agencies or companies was the move but it will never appeal to me the same way again. The splits are so bad and the toxic work culture stories scared me away. I’m more comfortable as I am, and am lucky I can survive as an indie
